Ingredients

    15 oz low fat ricotta cheese
    1/4 C egg beaters
    1 tbl dried parsley
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tsp minced garlic
    8 whole wheat lasagna noodles
    1 jar Classico mushroom and ripe olive spaghetti sauce
    1 C part skim mozzarella cheese
    .5 C grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook lasagna noodles according to pkg directions
Brown turkey meat and minced garlic in large skillet Add spaghetti sauce to turkey mixture
Mix ricotta cheese, egg beaters, parmesan cheese and parley in bowl

Layer half the noodles, half the ricotta cheese mixture, half the turkey and sauce mixture, and half the mozarella cheese in a 9 x 13 in pan - Repeat

Cook at 375 for 35 min
