Ingredients

1lb boneless pork chops sliced in thin slices
up to 1/4 C corn starch
Lite soy sauce up to 1/4 C
Pineapple chunks 1 C
Frozen Veg. Stir fry Veggies 4-6 C
1 med onion sliced
Waterchestnuts 1/2 C
Approx. 1/4 C Splenda Granular or sugar
1/4 C Vinegar
4-5 Tlb Ketchup
sesames seeds sprinkled on top to serve
Any Veggies you enjoy
Directions
mix soy sauce and 1/2 of the cornstarch together and add sliced pork let marinade a few min.
spray large pan with olive oil. Add pork to pan and fry quickly, remove from pan. Add Veggies to pan and quickly stir fry. Add meat back to pan mix well. Add vinegar, splenda, ketchup and let cook a few min. add pineapple with small amount of the juice, rest of corn starch,and water chestnuts. Makes approx. 6-8 1 cup servings.
This may be served over brown rice also.
