Ingredients

    1 cup of whole milk
    1/2 cup of blackberries fresh or frozen (I use fresh)
    3 tbsp of granulated sugar, equal or equivalent
    5 - 8 Ice Cubes

Directions

Blend together all ingredients and enjoy.

  • I live in an agricultural area where they grow LOTS of berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Luckily, I love berries. Will be mixing up my berries with the smoothie recipe. - 6/8/12
