    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.25 cup, shredded (or 10 oz.)
    Mixed Field Greens 1.25 cup (or 10 oz)
    Peas, fresh, .5 cup/ 4 oz
    Peas pods fresh .5 cup/ 4 oz
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped/ 8 oz
    Alfalfa sprouts, .5 cup/ 4 oz.
    Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup/ 4 oz.

    Optional (Not included in nutrition)
    4 oz. Almonds
    8 oz. Mandarin Oranges
    Mushrooms
    Tomatoes

    Also for a variation or a complete meal try with Sesame Chicken or other Asian style chicken

Directions
