Ingredients

    2 cups chopped broccoli florets
    1.5 cup chopped cauliflower heads
    1 cup chopped scallion
    1 cup chopped red onion
    3 cups shredded carrot
    9 oz (36) grape tomatoes
    8 oz whole wheat pasta
    1 cup Kraft EVOO Italian Vinaigrette

Directions

Cook and drain pasta, rinse and let cool. In meantime chop all veggies and combine in large bowl, add cooled pasta and dressing, mix. Chill and serve. Approx 1.5 cups per serving
