Ingredients

    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 cup butter or margerine
    1-1/3 cup uncooked ring orzo or other small pasta
    1 can (10-1/2 oz) beef consomme, undiluted
    1 cup water
    1 can (7oz) mushroom pieces
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp soy sauce
    dash of pepper

Directions

In large skillet, saute onions in btter until tender. Add remaining ingredients; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed
