Ingredients

    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Lime Juice, 3 fl oz (remove)
    *Pineapple, canned, 1.25 cup, crushed, sliced, or chunks (remove)
    Pineapple Juice, 2 fl oz (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Avocados, California (Haas), 4 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1.5 cup, pared, chopped (remove)
    Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)
    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 10 leaf, large (remove)

Directions

Chop all ingredients as desired and toss all together in large bowl.
Enjoy
Serve in iceberg lettuce leafs
