Introduction

Ingredients

    1 C. Imatation Crab or shrimp
    2 Plum Tomatoes diced
    1 slice of a large onion diced (Walla Walla Sweet)
    1 Celery stalk diced
    1 T.Chili powder
    2 T. Lime Juice
    1/4 c. Salsa
    6 large Romaine Lettuce leaves
    1/2 c. Grated Mexican blend Cheese

Directions

Combine all the ingredients. Place spoonfulls in center of Romaine leaf and serve.
