Introduction

If you like the Weight Watchers chocolate muffins...these are EVEN better AND healthier! If you like the Weight Watchers chocolate muffins...these are EVEN better AND healthier!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Sift and mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mix the bananas, olive oil, egg whites, and chips together in a small bowl. [Don't panic... This mixture will look gross.]

Incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Pour into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
