Ingredients

2 Cups oats
3/4 Cup wheat germ
3/4 Cup sunflower seeds raw hulled
1/2 Cup walnuts,
1/2 Cup honey,
3 teaspoons powdered stevia
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 Cup apple juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp kosher salt,
1/2 Cup dried cherries (or any dried fruit)
1/2 Cup sweetened dried cranberries
Directions
makes 20 4 inch bars
preheat oven to 400
prepare glass baking dish with lightly sprayed wax paper.
Lightly toast oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, and walnuts stirring occasionally for 6-10 minutes. In a sauce pan combine honey, butter, vanilla, juice, 3 tsp powdered stevia extract, salt, simmer stirring constantly. In large bowl combine all ingredients adding fruit and flax seeds, be sure to coat very well.
Spread ingredients in baking pan on wax paper spreading with spatula. Cover with another piece of wax paper and press down HARD on bars or they will fall apart. wait 3-4 then cut into bars and eat.
