Ingredients

1/2 cup of sugar
3 Tbs Flour (all purpose)
1 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel
3 Tbs Lemon Juice
2 Tbs Butter
2 eggs separated
1 Cup of milk (1%)
1 Cup unsweetened Frozen strawberries (Thawed)
Directions
Combine sugar and flour. Stir in lemon peel, lemon juice, and melted butter.
Combined beaten egg yolks and milk
Add to flour mix, stir until combined
Beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Fold whites into batter.
Transfer to 1 quart baking dish, or 4 - 1 cup baking dishes. Place in a large pan. (I use a 13 x 9 Pyrex dish). Add Hot water to pan surrounding the pudding cake in 1 in water.
Bake at 350 for 40 min. or till golden and top springs back when touched near the center.
Serve warm topped with strawberries
