Ingredients

    3 1/3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
