Ingredients

    2 pkg Banquet Brown n Serve Lite Maple Sausages
    5 eggs
    1.25 c egg beaters
    3 cups skim milk
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp salt
    3 lite hamburger buns, cut in cubes
    1 cup 2% shredd cheddar
    1 cup lite mozzarella

Directions

Cook sausage according to pkg in microwave. Break up into bite size pieces. Mix eggs, beaters, milk, mustard and salt. Put bread cubes in 9x13 glass pan. Layer sausage pieces and cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 F for 1 hour 15 minutes. Yield: 12 servings
