    3 lbs. extra lean ground beef
    1.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cup chopped onion (food processor)
    30 low salt saltines, crushed
    1 cup evaporated milk


Mix all ingredients together well and form into small balls.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray. Place meatballs into hot pan so they don't stick. Cook on a med-high heat. Brown on one side, turn and continue to cook until done.

Makes 100 meatballs. 2/3 oz. by weight each

    Great meatballs. I made them with the Sweet and Sour Sauce but they could probably be used with any sauce. - 11/30/07
