Introduction

Ingredients

    1 large carrot
    1 1/2 yellow apple (fuji apples very good!0
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash cinnamon
    1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts (optional - I did figure this in to the calories as it is so good with them)

Directions

1. Grate the carrot and apple in food processor.
2. Pour boiling water over raisins to make them plump - strain after 5 minutes.
3. Toss it all together.
Enjoy!
