Introduction
A slow-cooker soup for the winter months, very loosely based on the Irish Brotchan Roy.Makes 4 servings of 3-blocks each for the Zone Diet.

45g oats (slow cooking type)
2 tbs oatbran

175g turkey breast, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
750ml boiling water
2 cups non-fat milk
0.5tsp Salt
0.5tsp mace
2 tbs dried parsley

Directions
Fry the turkey in the oil until it is sealed, then add the oats and mix well. Tip the mixture into the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Using a hand blender, roughly puree the soup, it doesn't want to be totally smooth.
