Ingredients

    2 Top sirloin steaks
    10 tbsp A1 steak Sauce
    4 fl oz Water
    10 Baby (Pearl or boiling) onions, raw
    10 New potatoes (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    8 oz Fresh mushrooms

Directions

Mix steak sauce and water, add steak tenderizer if you want, but watch the sodium. Layer potatoes, onions and mushroom in the bottom of the crock pot. Place steaks on top. Pour sauce over all and cook on low for 6 hours or three on high. Makes dinner for two with the steaks and veggies, plus quite a bit of leftover veggies and sauce to put with something else.
