    1/2 c. Trader Joe's Organic Lowfat Yogurt, Plain
    1/2 c. Trader Joe's Fancy Berry Medley, Frozen
    1 c. Organics Reduced Fat Milk (2%)
    1/2 t. Trader Joe's Organic Blue Agave Sweetener

    Add favorite protein/fiber supplement as desired

Directions

Put everything into a Magic Bullet mixing cup or blender. Pulse mix until well blended - about 1 minute - enjoy!
