Ingredients

8 oz Beef, round steak
1/2 Onion sliced
0.5 tps Red Pepper, crushed
4 oz Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry)
6 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/3 Cabbage chopped
Directions
Cook pasta - follow directions on box.
While the pasta is cooking, preheat a wok or large skillet over a med/high heat. Lightly coat with oil or Pam (Nutritional info based on Pam). Slice beef into 1/4" thick and 1" wide strips. When wok hot, add minced garlic and red pepper. Let cook a bit then add the beef. Sear on each side until brown then flip (only takes 1-2 minues). Remove from wok and set aside. Add onions and let cook, tossing occasionaly, for about 2-3 minutes until cooked mostly. Add cabbage and let cook for another 1-2 minutes, tossing occasionaly. Pasta should be just about done by now. Drain pasta and add to wok. Add beef and soy sauce. Toss until mixed and serve.
