Ingredients

    28 oz Crushed tomatos
    3 chicken breasts
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    4 carrots
    4 stalks celery
    3 cloves garlic
    3 cups water
    1 tablesp Cajan Seasoning or more to taste

Directions

Spray large pot with oil spray, cook diced chicken add onion, green pepper, carrots, celery, garlic the tomatos and water. Add sesonings and simmer for 1 hour.
Great over brown rice!
