Ingredients

    -1 can of Solid White Albacore Tuna in water
    -2 tbsp of light mayo
    -1/2 cup (dry) brown rice
    -1 bag of frozen corn

Directions

Cook rice and corn according to directions. Drain out can of tuna well. Combine all ingredients and stir well.
