Ingredients

1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
1/4 cup flaxseed mill
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup silk (with fiber)
4/4 cup blueberries (give or take some)
1 cup chopped peaches (give or take)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375ยบ F.
2. Measure baking soda, salt, flour, oatmeal and mill into a bowl. Stir well to combine ingredients.
3. Add oil, silk, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix just until flour is moistened.
4. Fold in blueberries and peaches
5. Use a non-stick muffin pan, or muffin papers. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan right away.
