Introduction
Cabbage and Ramen Noodles make a quick, easy and unique meal or great potluck dish. With the hot sauce, it is reminiscent of a plate of buffalo chicken fingers with coleslaw--but much healthier! You can also mix in sliced almonds--also delicious, but I wanted to keep the fat and calories down. Cabbage and Ramen Noodles make a quick, easy and unique meal or great potluck dish. You can use chicken from a rotisserie chicken or one of those turkey breasts from the warehouse clubs and you've got an inexpensive, delicious, and healthy meal. Enjoy!
