Introduction

BooneBurgers are extremely hearty burgers. These are 1/4lb. Burgers!
BooneBurgers may be made into smaller patties if you choose. They are usually served with the standard Burger Sides.
The Base for the Mushroom Swiss BooneBurger is the same as a regular BooneBurger.

NOTE! These are not designed to enhance weight loss. I suggest you eat one as a treat every only once in a while.
The BooneBurger should not be part of your weekly food plan. These are for special occasions only!

Ingredients

    1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef
    1/2 Cup Chopped Raw Onion
    1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
    2 Slices/Pieces of Chopped Bacon
    1 Tbsp. of Your Favorite Spice Mix (Mrs. Dash - Garlic Herb)
    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Cup Mushroom Pieces
    4 Slices of Swiss Cheese (1 per Burger)
    4 Hamburger Buns (1 per Burger)

Directions

In a large mixing bowl place;
1 Lb. Lean Ground Beef (Raw)
1/2 Cup Chopped Raw Onion
1 Clove of Garlic, Minced
2 Slices/Pieces of Chopped Bacon
1 Tbsp. of Your Favorite Spice Mix (Mrs. Dash - Garlic Herb)
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Hand Mix until fully blended. (Sorta like a meatloaf.)

Cook on Med Heat (Pan or Grill) for apx. 2.5 Min per side or until beef is cooked throughly.

Be sure to add 1 slice of Swiss at the end of cooking so that it will melt into the Burger.

Pan Fry: 1 Cup Mushroom Pieces

Place Burger on Bun and add Mushrooms on top of patty.

Suggested Additional Toppings;
Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard, Ketchup
