Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    3/4 cups of Sugar or Splenda
    8 oz Light Cream Cheese, room temp
    10 oz. Frozen, sliced strawberries
    20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple, drained
    2 Diced bananas
    1 cup. Chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
    1 1/2 c. low fat or fat freesour cream

Directions

Drain pineapple. In a large bowl, cream the sugar sub. and the cream cheese together. Add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts (optional). Mix well. Fold in the sour cream.

Chill. This maybe frozen, thaw small portions 10-15 minutes before serving.

Makes 16 - 1/2 cup servings.

Raspberries and blueberries may be used instead of the strawberries.
