7 stalks asparagus
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic (1 clove)
3 Tbsp. light Smart Balance

1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Layer everything into casserole dish and bake covered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir. Bake 10 min. longer, then remove cover and broil (stirring occasionally), until desired brownness.
Add a can of red beans and adjust calories, if desired.
