Ingredients

8 oz. frozen wild salmon fillets
cooking spray
Mrs. Dash no-salt seasoning
16 oz. linguini
1 large onion, chopped
1 lb. asparagus spears, cut into 2" sections
1 15-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
garlic powder
pesto seasoning
1 jar (26 Tbsp) artichoke pesto sauce
Directions
Heat grill pan over medium-high heat.
Spray salmon fillets with cooking spray, sprinkle liberally with Mrs. Dash on both sides.
Sear salmon in hot grill pan.
In the meantime, heat water in large pan. Cook linguini according to directions.
In the meantime, heat skillet over medium-low heat. Spray with cooking spray. Add onions and asparagus. Cover and let steam until soft. Add artichokes and pesto sauce. Warm.
When done, drain pasta, pour pesto and vegetable sauce over the top, then top with seared salmon.
