    1# 93% Lean Ground Turkey
    1 Medium head iceberg lettuce
    1 15 oz can Red beans
    1 c 2% Shredded Cheddar
    1/4 c Taco Seasoning
    white corn tortilla chips
    lite sour cream


Brown & drain ground turkey. Add taco season and prepare as directed on package. Breakup head of lettuce into a large bowl. Drain 1/2 of juice from red beans & add to lettuce along with the shredded cheese & stir together. Add turkey mixture to lettuce. Top with tortilla chips, salsa, & sour cream
