    Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
Lime Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove)
    Scallions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Ingredients;
2 large chicken breasts
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 clove minced garlic
chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Cut the chicken into large chunks and then put in food processor with the other ingredients. Pulse until it looks like chunky ground chicken.
Saute in skillet over medium heat using your choice of spray or oil.
meanwhile mix the ingredients below:
2 Tablespoon Sesame oil
2 Tablespoon fish sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
juice from 1/2 a lime
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon honey or brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic chili sauce

When the chicken is cooked through, turn off the heat and let sit for 5 minutes to cool some and then add the marinade mixture above, stir it all together and then add a whole bag of cabbage slaw mixture. Stir that all together and then scoop into bowls, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

You can get the fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic chili sauce in your grocers asian section or at a World Market if you have one close. Don't worry about having to buy all of these strange items and think that you will never use them again because once you have eaten Thai Cabbage salad, you will make it every week.

    Very Good
Love healthy asian food and this was great. I made a small batch to try and it was so good that I made a larger batch to eat on all week at the office. - 1/8/13
