Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Banana, fresh, 3 cup, mashed (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)
    Honey, .50 cup (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    Wheat germ, crude, .50 cup (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mash the bananas, I use three over-ripe ones. Add oil, honey, vanilla and beaten eggs.

Combine flour, wheat germ, baking soda and baking powder.

Add wet ingredient to the dry and mix thoroughly.

Pour in grease pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre of bread comes out clean.

Let cool and cut into 12 slices.
