Ingredients

    .5 cup each of low-fat sour cream and low-fat mayonnaise
    1 tbsp each lemon juice and finely chopped fresh dill
    salt and pepper to taste (remove salt if on low-sodium diet)
    8 cups cooked rototinni pasta
    16 oz crabmeat - (real or immitation) chopped
    .5 cup each diced red and green peppers
    .25 cup finely chopped sweet red onions
    .5 cup cooked and cooled green peas (optional)


Directions

1) for dressing: combine sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper. Refridgerate dressing until ready to use. (can be done day ahead)

2) Cook pasta according to directions then drain well and rinse with cold water until pasta has cooled.

3) In large bowl, combine pasta, crabmeat, peppers, onions, peas and dressing. Mix well, cover and refridgerate until ready to serve.

    Incredible!
    Had this tonight; it was really good! I had lots of cherry tomatoes from my garden so I added those instead of peas. Next time, the one thing I might change is the type of pasta for a smaller one. I used whole wheat rotini and they were just a teency bit big. - 10/15/11
