Ingredients

3 T Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
5 C canned crushed tomatos
1/2 t dried oregano
1/4 t crushed thyme
salt and pepper
1 large egg
1/2 C skim milk
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2/3 C plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1/2 C fresh parsley, chopped
1 lb ground turkey, 93% Lean
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Make sauce in large non stick skillet. Heat oil over medium high heat. Add Garlic, and cook for about 1 minute. Stir in tomatos, oregano, thyme, and season with some salt and pepper. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 20-25 minutes.
While sauce is simmering, make meatballs. In large bowl, whisk together egg, miklk 1 and 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t pepper. Stir in onion, bread crumbs, cheese and parsley. Add turkey, and mix until combined. Form the mixture into meatballs.
Add meatballs to skillet and spoon sauce over to coat. Simmer over medium heat until meatballs are cooked through, about 8 minutes.
While meatballs simmer, cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the pasta and transfer the pasta to the skillet and toss gently. Serve with more parmesan cheese.
