Ingredients

    1 cup rice
    1/2 cup lentils
    1 onion, diced
    3.5 cups vegetable broth
    2 vegetable bouillon cubes
    1 tbs. curry powder
    5 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, set to low and cook for 4 - 5 hours.
