Ingredients

    3 ripe bananas
    2 cups oatmeal
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla
    dash of salt
    1/4 cup walnuts-optional
    1/4 cup raisins-optional

Directions

Plase rounded teaspoons on Silpat or parchment paper, mash sown slightly and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Makes approx. 12 cookies

    I like this... I left the raisins and nuts out of part of batter so my kids would eat. I added a little bit of liquid stevia too..yummy! - 9/7/10
