Introduction

Ingredients

    1/3 large package of small pasta shells cooked
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (reduced fat)
    1 cup water
    3 cloves garlic crushed
    1 cup red peppers diced
    1 cup onion diced
    3 slices of bacon cooked
    1 cup diced extra lean ham (deli meat works)
    3 oz reduced cal mozzarella cheese grated
    2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated
    1 cup mushrooms sliced

Directions

cook pasta
cook bacon
with bacon cook the veggies to slightly tender
mix water, soup, black pepper to taste, 1/2 the cheeses and pour over pasta in baking dish.
stir in the veggies and meats.
top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 20 min or until browned and wamed in the center. Serve. Great with a salad!

    This was AWESOME!! It seemed a little light (vague) on noodles so I did up a whole 1lb box. It was perfect. Not too soupy, not too dry. My whole family (age 5-37) LOVED it!!! - 2/20/09
