Introduction

Ingredients

    2 large sweet potates
    1 1/2 - 2 Packages of Onion Soup Mix
    1/4 Cup Oliv Oil
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

Peel sweet potatoes and slice the width wise into coin shaped slices, then into half moons, about a 1/4 inch thick.

Place in bowl and pur in olive oil. Toss with your hands. Add onion soup mix to your liking into the mixture along with salt and pepper to taste.

Line a greased baking pan with the chips in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.

Flip coins, bake for another ten or until crispy.
