Ingredients

    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup (remove)
    * Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal, 1 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    * Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Tilapia, 19.2 oz or 4-5 fillets(remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

Ingredients you need basil, morton's nature seasoning (seasoning of choice) egg whites. 1 cup all purpose flour. Two bowls and a plate; 2 cups Kelloggs corn flakes. Blend corn flakes in a food processor, set aside. Mix basil, seasoning in with egg whites, set aside. flour each tilapia filet, then place in egg and seasoning mixture, then into corn flakes. Finally, place into a lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 450 F for 20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon

    Very Good
    It looks good... I'm going to try it, but I'm confused by the "(remove)" after each ingredient. Also, there's whole wheat flour in the list, but all purpose flour in the instructions, and egg substitute in one but egg whites in the other.

    that is weird. I don't know why it did that. I use egg beaters, but you can also use egg whites, just in case you have cholesterol problems. I have high cholesterol and I think when I put in the ingredients, it did that because of my health issues. Either way, it is great.
