    EAS 100% Whey Protein, 1 serving
    Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup
    Fat Free Milk, 1 cup
    Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla, .25 cup

Directions

Mix ingredients into a blender or smoothy maker, mix and enjoy.

    Incredible!
    As you said simple, bt full of protein. I am trying to burn fat rather than build muscle so sometime I use this as a meal replacement. I also add more blueberries and half a teaspoon of vanillia extract. - 9/10/13
