Introduction

Ingredients

    2 rings frozen pineapple
    1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
    1/4 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 of a large frozen banana
    1 vanilla yogurt (I use pro biotic for it's fiber)
    6 oz minute maid orange Juice
    4oz non fat milk

    toss in blender & blend til your desired thick/smoothness

makes 3 8 ounce glasses
