Ingredients

    1/2 Banana smashed
    1/2 cup of nonfat milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Splenda or other

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients, let it set for 10 min.
2. Cook them in a pan like a pancake, or in a waffler.
