Introduction

I found a similar recipe which used fresh tomatoes, and only water. I'm trying to watch my sodium, but this recipe sounded bland, so I put my own twist on it. The sodium intake isn't too bad at 8 servings. I plan on serving with Rice or Cous Cous.

Ingredients

    2.5 Chicken Breast
    Celery 1 cup, diced
    Baby Carrots, raw, 25 medium
    1 can Chicken Broth, 15 fl oz
    Water, tap, 30 fl oz
    *Potato, raw, 1 large chopped or diced
    I can Italian Seasoned Stewed tomotoes, 14.5 oz
    Garlic powder season to taste
