Introduction

We needed some protein added to our day, but not too many calories, so I put this together. Hubby loved it. We put it in whole wheat pita with kale garnish. Ingredients

    4 large Hard-boiled eggs
    2 oz Nonfat cottage cheese
    1 tbsp regular Kraft Miracle Whip
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp Dill pickle relish
    Garlic powder to taste

Directions

Mash all ingredients together, serve.

Fills 2 pita shells lined with kale (or your favorite leafy green vegetable). I count this as four servings - if you eat the whole pita at once, count two!
