Introduction
Bran Muffins with a little something extra,sweetness from apple and carrots. Bran Muffins with a little something extra,

Ingredients

1.5 Cups Kellogg's All-Bran
1.5 Cup Non Fat Milk
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 celery stalk
1 Cup chopped apple
1 Cup chopped carrotts
2 egg whites
1/2 Cup Molasses
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Soak All-Bran in milk, add other wet ingredients
to the All-Bran mixture. Add Molasses, egg whites to the milk /All-Bran bowl. Chop one medium apple into small pieces. Chop carrots & celery into small pieces. (You could use a food processor for this part if you like.) Add chopped apple and carrots and celery to the All-Bran mixture. Add cinnamon, flour and baking soda and baking powder. Stir together. Spray muffin tins with Pam or use paper liners. Bake at 400 for 18 minutes.
