1 tomato (approx. 3 inch size)
1 beet root (approx. 2 inch size)
1/2 inch piece of ginger
a sprig of mint (optional)
Directions
1. Wash all vegetables
2. Quarter apple, tomato, and beet root
3. Place them in the juicer one by one and enjoy the wonderful treat!
