Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 potatoes cut up ointo chunks
    6-8 cups water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes OR 6-8 cups chicken borth and delete water
    3-4 carrots chopped up
    2 celery ribs chopped
    black pepper
    1 can nonfat evaporated milk

Directions

Peel potatoes and scrub carrots and celery. Chop up all the veggies. Cover with water and bouillon cubes or chicken broth and bring to boil. Turn down heat and simmer for about 30 minutes till veggies are soft. Remove from heat. Mash with potato masher just till chunky or mash smoother if desired. Add entire can of evaporated milk. Stir and heat through.

I serve it with a little shredded cheese on top.
