Ingredients

    19.2 oz of ground turkey
    1 portabella mushroom cap (chopped)
    3 baby carrots (sliced)
    1 c ff chicken broth
    4 small potatoes (chopped)
    *all to taste
    sea salt
    red pepper powder
    pepper
    seasoning salt


Directions

Cut all veggies and put aside
Put ground turkey in a big pan and season to your liking then cook till done.
once done add chicken broth potatoes and carrots
cook for about 5 minutes then add portabella mushroom cook for another 15 minutes or until potatoes are done

i would say it makes about 5 or 6 1 cup servings

you can add cheese if you wish on top or any other veggies you like

    Made this tonight, it was very good. I added some onion and celery and served it with pickled beets. The next time I make it I will add some canned tomatoes. - 7/7/09
