I love this recipe--it's good with a tex-mex meal or as an entree. Serve with chips--or all alone.

Note: You can use low sodium soups to cut the sodium of this recipe.

Ingredients

    Can of Cream of chicken soup
    Can of Cream of mushroom soup
    Can of Enchilada sauce
    Can of tomotoes with green chilies
    2 chicken breast
    water
    Reduced fat cheddar cheese

Directions

Pour all contents of each can into a pan. Add a can of water--or more if you like your soup thinner. Heat mixture while chicken is cooking. Add chopped cooked chicken breast. Stir and heat until all ingredients are blended and hot. Pour into bowls and top with cheddar cheese. Enjoy!
Makes 3/4 entree servings.
