Introduction

Ingredients

2 cans of water packed tuna, well drained
1/2 carrot peeled or 4 ready to eat baby carrots
1 scallion, trimmed
Mayonnaise
Directions
Put carrots and cut up scallion in food process with sharp blade and chop finely. Change to plastic mixing blade. Add tuna, and a dollop at a time of mayonnaise and pulse until blended. ( If using low fat mayo you may need more.)
