Introduction

Nice little breakfast wrap that fills you up! Nice little breakfast wrap that fills you up!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 corn tortilla
    1 strip of bacon
    1 tbsp of taco sauce

Directions

Fry up the strip of bacon. Scramble the egg. Warm up the tortilla (I used the microwave to keep it softer). Add egg & bacon to the tortilla and drizzle with taco sauce for an extra little kick.

  • I used a multi grain tortilla, finely shredded cheese, and after melting cheese, but before rolling the egg, bacon and cheese, added some romaine lettuce. A hearty and well balanced meal! - 9/3/09
