    Mustard Greens, 2 bunches
    Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Olive Oil, .25 tbsp

Directions

Sauté onion, carrot and celery until soft. Add greens and sauté until wilted

Make 2 servings approx 2 cups each
